GRAHAMSTOWN AND PORT ALFRED RAILWAY
The Grahamstown and Port Alfred Railway was part of the Midland Line of the Cape Government Railway, opened throughout on 1st October 1884.

3. Envelope containing a CGR booklet "Notes on Points & Crossings" of 1883, a card with a working timetable for down trains and a newspaper cutting about the funeral of Joseph Firbank, nephew of Sir Joseph Firbank, the Contractor for the G.P.A.Railway.
